Everything you need to know about CustomerNode™ — journeys, First-Party AI™, security, pricing, and results.

Start here

  • CustomerNode™ is the customer journey platform for high-consideration B2B sales, powered by First-Party AI™. It turns complex, multi-stage deals into executable journeys — one shared path from discovery to mutual success that's guided for buyers and repeatable for sellers.

You create structured journey templates, share live collaborative journeys with your buyers, and navigate outcomes with 50+ on-demand AI agents. It's a system that runs the work, not one that files it away after the fact.

  • CRMs track deals. CustomerNode drives them. Instead of passively logging activity, our platform creates, structures, and advances multi-stage deals in real time — turning your sales process into a predictable, scalable journey.

A CRM is a system of record: it stores what already happened. CustomerNode is a system of action: it's motion-native, oriented around stages rather than records, and it captures the why — the shared context on both sides of the deal — not just the what. It's the layer where selling actually gets done.

  • No — CustomerNode makes them perform better. We integrate with your CRM, automation platforms, and AI tools to unify your existing workflows. It's about unifying, not replacing.

Keep your CRM as the system of record. CustomerNode becomes the system of action on top of it — capturing the structured journey data your other tools were never designed to hold.

  • CustomerNode is for teams selling high-touch, multi-stage deals — in B2B, high-ticket B2C, partnerships, or enterprise sales. If your deals involve 3+ stakeholders, 3+ month cycles, relationship-building, and collaboration across a buying committee, this was built for you.

Roles that get the most value: sales reps and managers, pre-sales and solutions teams, revenue and enablement leaders, founders running high-ticket deals, and partnership teams — plus the buyers they serve, who join for free as Guests.

  • The real competition isn't another platform — it's the status quo. We've seen it all:

    • Makeshift processes that rely on disconnected tools
    • Talented salespeople carrying deals on individual effort
    • Elevator pitches and persuasion tactics trying to force momentum

CRMs log activity, but they don't drive deals. Sales tools automate tasks, but they don't orchestrate journeys. CustomerNode is the first platform built to structure, systemize, and scale deal execution — turning uncertainty into unstoppable progress.

  • Yes — we build for what's behind the label, not the label itself. Executives may debate what to call them — clients, members, partners, accounts — but out in the field, people know when they're buying a product or service, and they expect to be treated like valued customers.

We focus on the people you serve and the journey you guide them through. If delivering a seamless, high-value experience that builds trust and momentum is your focus, CustomerNode was built for you.

  • Two things compound over time. First, your First-Party AI gets smarter with every deal — it learns from the structured journey data you generate, so the advantage is yours and grows the more you use it. The models are a commodity; the per-tenant learning is not.

Second, the architecture is patent-pending — a portfolio of nineteen U.S. patent applications comprising 535 claims across seven architectural layers that let your people, your defined sales process, and multiple autonomous AI agents operate as one system.

How it works

  • A template is the reusable blueprint — the structured path (stages, tasks, questions) your deals follow. You create templates. A journey is a live instance of that blueprint, shared with a specific buyer and their stakeholders. You share journeys.

Think of the template as the map you design once, and the journey as the trip you take with each customer. Create the template, share the journey, navigate to the outcome.

  • Stages are the building blocks of a journey — each one a phase of the deal that configures itself and connects into one flow. Ready-made stages like Discovery, Experience, Scope, Commit, Deploy, and Success snap together into a path built for your deal.

Each stage is comparable to a standalone tool in the traditional stack — but instead of living in separate apps, they connect and share context across the whole journey.

  • Every stage holds collaboration spaces — the shared surfaces where both sides do the work: forms, boards, e-signatures, Gantt charts, meeting planners, ticketing, scoping tools, and more. These let everyone contribute, review, and progress together, in one place, instead of scattering the deal across email and attachments.

  • It's how everyone stays oriented inside a journey — three views that answer three questions:

    • Start — the destination. Why are we on this journey? Shared goals, mission alignment, and team context.
    • Plan — the map. How will we make it happen? The full journey map, every stage, and its progress.
    • Drive — the GPS. Where are we and what's next? Real-time progress, next steps, and AI-powered navigation.
  • The Host is the seller — the person who creates templates and shares journeys, on a paid license. A Guest is the customer or buyer you invite into a journey. Guests are always free and get unlimited access to every journey shared with them.

Both sides collaborate live in the same workspace, so the deal is one shared path — not two disconnected views of it.

  • Buyers actively participate. Guests co-author the collaboration spaces shared with them — filling in forms, contributing to boards, signing off, and moving the deal forward — while the Host keeps control of the overall structure, timeline, and status. Everyone works on one shared workspace, in real time.

On Enterprise Mode you get granular, custom permissions to decide exactly what each role can see and do.

  • They're the three things a seller does in CustomerNode:

    • Create — define reusable templates for the deals you run.
    • Share — launch a live journey with your buyer and their stakeholders.
    • Navigate — drive that journey to a successful outcome, with AI guiding each step.

Getting started

  • Minutes, not months. Unlike bloated enterprise systems, CustomerNode works out of the box with guided, AI-enabled setup. You'll start optimizing deals on day one.

Describe your deal once and the AI Creator builds a complete journey template — stages, prompts, and flow — in about 15 minutes.

  • Start from a ready-made template in the gallery, or describe your deal and let First-Party AI generate a full template for you — every stage, task, and question built automatically. From there you refine it, share a journey with your buyer, and go.

  • Yes. Get started at customernode.com/get-started, or email [email protected] for a free trial. Buyers you invite never pay — Guest access is free and unlimited. And if you're a startup or small business, free credits are available to get you moving.

  • No. On Lightning Mode, you're set up in minutes with sensible defaults — no IT project required. When you're ready for advanced controls, integrations, or SSO, switch to Enterprise Mode, and our team can handle custom migrations and configuration for larger deployments.

  • Lightning Mode gets you going in minutes with minimal setup and default-permissive settings — the fastest path to your first journey. Enterprise Mode unlocks advanced controls: custom permissions, privacy and security settings, AI controls, domain controls, and SOC 2-aligned governance.

  • Yes — anytime. Moving between Lightning and Enterprise Mode is just toggling settings, with no migration required. Start simple and scale into advanced controls exactly when you need them.

  • Very likely. The template gallery is organized by sector and industry — from cybersecurity, healthcare, and enterprise software to financial services, life sciences, aerospace, telecom, and more. Pick your industry to start from a proven structure, then tailor it to your deal.

  • Fully customize it. Templates are a starting point, not a straitjacket — add, remove, group, and reconfigure stages; edit the prompts and questions; and let the AI Editor help reshape the flow. Save your version and reuse it across every deal.

Integrations & your CRM

  • Yes. CustomerNode integrates with your CRM rather than replacing it. Your CRM stays the system of record; CustomerNode adds the system of action on top — and captures the structured journey data your CRM was never designed to hold.

  • Native integrations include Salesforce, Okta, Jira, Slack, Google Calendar, and DocuSign — connecting your CRM, identity, project tracking, communication, scheduling, and e-signature tools into the journey. Enterprise Deployments add custom integrations for the rest of your stack.

  • It stays yours and stays authoritative. CustomerNode is designed to unify, not replace — your CRM remains the record of accounts and contacts, while journeys capture the mutual, in-flight context (the why behind each stage) that CRMs can't. Nothing about adopting CustomerNode requires abandoning your CRM.

  • Integrations are monitored by our Integration Reliability Core — automated health checks, retry logic, and uptime tracking built in — so a connection problem is caught and recovered rather than silently breaking your workflow.

  • Tell us. Custom integrations are part of Enterprise Deployment, and our team will connect the tools your process depends on. Reach out via Contact or Get started and we'll scope it with you.

First-Party AI

  • First-Party AI™ is the intelligence layer that makes complex B2B journeys feel simple. Unlike bolted-on AI, it operates exclusively on structured, first-party journey data — the real interactions you generate by using the platform — and it's embedded in every stage while staying transparent, auditable, and user-controlled.

Because it learns from your data, every decision compounds into an advantage that's yours alone. Learn more on the First-Party AI page.

  • No. CustomerNode does not use customer data to train shared or general-purpose foundation models. Your data works for you — it sharpens your tenant's experience — not someone else's model. See our AI Governance policy for the full commitment.

  • Yes. AI can be enabled or disabled at the tenant level. When it's disabled, customer data from that tenant is not transmitted to any AI subprocessor at all. When it's enabled, only the minimum data required for the feature is sent.

  • It's built to be trusted, on five principles: Predictable, Explainable, Auditable, Portable, and Reversible. It's machine learning that shows its work — no black boxes — and AI acts as an aid to your workflow, not an autonomous decision-maker for material or legal outcomes. A human is always in control.

  • Only what it needs. AI prompts, embeddings, retrieval indexes, and outputs are kept logically isolated to your tenant, and when a feature runs it's sent only the minimum data required. AI providers are optional subprocessors, assessed against the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications. See Subprocessors.

  • 50+ native AI agents work on demand across the platform — some inside each stage (drafting scopes, generating agendas, coaching, auto-solving) and some across your dashboard (navigating the journey, forecasting outcomes). They span the full experience: Create, Share, Navigate, and Predict.

  • No. First-Party AI removes the busywork — structuring the deal, drafting the artifacts, flagging what's next — so your people spend their time on relationships and judgment. It's a multiplier for your team, not a replacement for it.

Security, privacy & trust

  • Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, with additional application-layer field encryption for sensitive fields. Access is least-privilege with MFA, and every tenant is logically isolated. The full picture lives in our Trust Center.

  • Yes — CustomerNode is SOC 2 Type I, independently verified by a licensed CPA firm across security, availability, and confidentiality. A public, redacted report is available on the SOC 2 page, and the unredacted report can be shared during a security review.

  • Your data lives with our managed infrastructure providers and is logically isolated per tenant, with tenant-scoped access enforced in code and verified by automated tests. AI prompts, embeddings, and outputs are isolated the same way. See Security and Subprocessors.

  • We publish the full list in the Trust Center — it includes our infrastructure and backup providers, transactional email, identity/SSO providers, and optional AI providers. We maintain a change-notification and objection process so you're never surprised.

  • Yes. You own your data. You can request deletion at any time through our data deletion request form, and our Privacy practices cover access, rectification, and erasure. See Privacy for details.

  • Yes. Enterprise Mode supports SSO (we integrate with Okta) plus custom, role-based permissions, privacy controls, security controls, and domain controls — so you decide exactly who can see and do what.

  • Yes. A Data Processing Addendum is available in the Trust Center, alongside our Privacy Policy and GenAI Governance Policy. Our overview reports high GDPR readiness, and privacy commitments are documented for review.

  • Everything is in one place: the Trust Center — Security, Reliability, AI Governance, Subprocessors, Audit Policy, Vulnerability Disclosure, Privacy, and all legal documents (Terms, Privacy Policy, DPA, GenAI Policy, Accessibility).

Pricing & plans

  • Simple: sellers hold paid licenses; their customers join as free Guests. There are three tiers — a free Guest plan, a Pro plan for individual sellers at $399/month, and a custom Enterprise Deployment. Full details are on the pricing page.

  • Yes — always free, and unlimited. The customers and stakeholders you invite into a journey get full access to everything shared with them, including First-Party AI, at no cost. A Pro seat includes unlimited free guest users.

  • At $399/month per seller, Pro includes unlimited First-Party AI, unlimited free guest users, unlimited templates to create, unlimited journeys to share, and your choice of Lightning or Enterprise Mode.

  • Everything in Pro, plus the things larger organizations need: custom integrations, custom migrations, advanced training and configuration, and advanced support. Pricing is custom — talk to us to scope it.

  • Yes. Free credits are available for startups and small businesses to get started. Head to Get started and choose the startup path.

  • You pay per seller (Host) seat on Pro. Guests never count toward billing — invite as many buyers and stakeholders as your deals require at no additional cost. For team and volume arrangements, an Enterprise Deployment is the right path.

Results, reliability & support

  • Customers see faster deal velocity, higher win rates, and less deal friction — driving measurable revenue gains. Guided, structured buying is proven to lift win rates by as much as 62% and cut deal cycles 30–40% — and that structure is exactly what CustomerNode puts to work on every deal.

Your competitors are optimizing their customers' journeys. Will you?

  • The biggest risk is losing deals you should be winning. Without a system to run them, teams face:

    • Unstructured deals — time wasted figuring out next steps instead of closing.
    • Missed opportunities — momentum stalls, buyers disengage, and deals slip away.
    • Inconsistent results — outcomes ride on individual effort instead of a repeatable system.

The best teams don't leave deals to chance. They lead journeys.

  • The Drive view gives you real-time visibility into every journey's progress, next steps, and stage completion — the raw material for a business case. Because journeys are structured, you can baseline cycle length and win rate before and after, and show the lift with data rather than anecdotes.

  • Reliability is engineered in: a stateless, horizontally-scalable application tier, replicated storage with point-in-time recovery, and a managed edge. Incidents are classified by severity (SEV-1/2/3) with proactive customer notification. See Reliability.

  • Watchdog is our proactive operations system — it watches the live platform and moves first, so problems are caught before a customer has to report them. It produces automated health reports and error digests; you can see redacted samples of a Nightly Health Report and an Error Digest in the Trust Center.

  • Every seller gets support to succeed with the platform, and Enterprise Deployment adds advanced support along with advanced training and configuration. Questions anytime: Contact us or email [email protected].
